I'm bored and tired. No sleep again. So blogging, yes that is what I do when I should be on the treadmill and don't want to go outside. I blog and wish I could be outside without freezing my face off, or losing a toe to frost bite. Bike/running/mud season where are you?
Yeah, I could take a nap but I have things I could do. They may not be fun things, but there is always something to do. I could probably go out, but truthfully my one night at the bar this week was probably enough to last me six months. I wouldn't mind listening to Jazz, going to see an art museum, or eating sushi but other than the sushi I can't thing of anywhere I could do that. The art center doesn't have an exhibit right now, I already know my own art inside out, and well a quiet music venue on my own.. I'm not sure I know of anything.
So yes, I'm being lame and pessimistic but I continue to miss spring/summer/fall. I hate winter.
I have quirks, flaws, dreams and motivations just like everyone else. And like everyone else my life has obstacles like money, not enough time in the day and a lack of dating. In everyday I work hard, write multiple blogs, and use life as a limitless resource to draw inspiration for teaching videos and blog posts. My dreams right now simply consist of finding more work, working hard, and traveling. I love traveling. For the time being I’m staying with my dad at Cool River Ranch. This has a few purposes for me. I get to help out with chores and save up so I can pay off all my student loans, that way when I leave here I will be debt free and able to travel without excess bills. I love what I do and even loved living Minneapolis. The thing is, working for yourself often defines how quickly you can do or get what you want.
We are in Montana today. Woke up early to leave Rapid City, the city of black hills gold, my birth place. It only took a couple of short hours to get through South Dakota and another half hour to go through Wyoming. Montana on the other hand has been a full day venture through hills, mountains, and vast amounts of nothing but open air. I’ve made this drive before and from what I can tell you of it, you are better off going with a friend, an audio book, and expecting not to talk on the phone or use any form of internet the whole trek. The real upside for me is I have my dad, my puppy, an iPad, iPhone and a mac book pro to keep me company.
