Federal watch: the National Federation of the Blind has filed for summary judgment (Sep 28) in the case over the Title II deadline extension.
If the court rules for the NFB, the original compliance dates could come back — much sooner than the extended ones many are planning around.
Planning to the later date is a risk, not a cushion.
